
If you haven’t already heard, I’m healing! I’m not 100% yet, but I’m able to run a little over three miles with no pain. And, if you’re a runner who’s been injured you know just how gratifying those initial runs are. I didn’t know until now.
There’s something I’ve noticed though. When I run, I’m inspired. Maybe it’s the endorphins? Or the feeling of empowerment? Or, maybe running defogs my mind and is a catalyst for good thoughts. Maybe it’s all of the above. Whatever it is, it works, and it’s why I’ve started this blog.
I don’t want this blog to simply be about running, because it’s not. I want it to encompass all of the amazing things running can create in your life, because I’ve experienced the power in running. So, you’re not a runner? That’s okay. I want you to keep reading, as well, because life is more than running. That’s why I try to weave in deeper topics that transcend running and reach a broader audience. So, if there’s something you want to see on this blog please let me know.
